 Delivery

We generally send orders on a 48 hour service shipped the day following your order. If you need your order more urgently please call to discuss.

We only use insured and trackable home delivery services.

We will email you to confirm when your order has been dispatched and again when your parcel has been scanned by the courier.

At this point you will be given a tracking code.

Late Deliveries and delays

Order not arrived?

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left with further instructions to follow. These instructions must be followed in order to avoid further delay.
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for delays and we do not offer compensation or refunds for late deliveries.

FAILED DELIVERIES:
If an order is returned to us as undelivered for any of the following reasons it shall be classed as unauthorised:
• all delivery attempts have been exhausted
• you have failed to respond to a card or to rearrange a delivery or
• you have refused to accept the order

Signed, sealed, delivered

 Receiving your goods

Deliveries must be signed for, unless prior consent is given for your order to be left without a signature. If a parcel is left without a signature at your request then unfortunately you will lose the right to make a claim in the event of loss or damage. We hope you will understand this.
The condition of all deliveries must be checked prior to being signed for.
In signing the courier’s paperwork you will be confirming that the order has reached you in an acceptable condition. We will therefore be unable to replace or refund any delivery which is signed for as the courier will reject any claims for damage or loss.
If a parcel is received in an unsatisfactory condition, it should be refused so that the courier can return it to us. Once your order has been received back by us for inspection, we will replace it at no extra cost. If no damage is found then it will be redelivered after a redelivery charge of £10 per 30kg (or part) is paid.

 Returns

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Marketing Directive, you have the right to cancel your order any time up to the end of seven working days from when you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.
All returns must be authorised by us. To have a return authorised, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery and the goods must be received back by us within 7 working days of the original delivery date. All returns must be sent back to us in their unused, original condition and in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please take reasonable care to ensure that goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit (for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods).
All authorised returns will receive a full refund of the original price paid but NOT the return shipping costs. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made within 30 days.

Please note that unauthorised returns will not be refunded. We will hold unauthorised returns for 30 days after which they shall be disposed of.
